Precision Disc Announces New CD Digipak Style Now Available

Surrey, B.C. (PRWEB) June 3, 2009 -- The move towards more environmentally-friendly packaging products continues to gain momentum in the CD and DVD manufacturing industry, and Precision Disc Manufacturing Corp. is pleased to announce a new addition to their line of 'eco' solutions with a new low-plastic style of CD Digipak.

"We call our new addition the CS1025." explains Marketing Director Andrew Thomas, "Clients were looking for an enhancement to one of our other Digipak styles, and the CS1025 is a result of that client feedback." The new style is a bi-fold with single disc capacity and an integral pocket for the insertion of a printed folder or booklet, thus providing clients with 6 full panels of graphics space plus the addition of the folder or booklet.

"CD Digipak is the product that created the momentum for eco-friendly packaging in this industry," Thomas continues, "It has the same form and function of the traditional plastic jewel case but it eliminates almost all of the plastic due to its board-stock construction. Through the use of printed board-stock, the packaging and print are effectively combined into one product which is 100% recyclable.
